1. How long will postage take?
We ship from Brisbane (4017) via Australia Post. Delivery times vary you can check your postcode on the Australia Post site for the most accurate estimate.

2. Are your products dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing your cookie cutters and stamps with lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid hot water and dishwashers, as high heat will warp the plastic.

3. Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We love custom orders. Whether it’s a logo, a name, or a unique shape, just send us your idea and we’ll work with you to create something special.
