Because every item is made to order, we ask that you choose carefully. We’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure all spelling and custom details are correct when ordering, as we can’t take responsibility for incorrect information provided.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right for you!

All of our stamps must be hand‑washed only in warm water (no dishwasher!) We’re unable to offer refunds or credits for damage caused by improper care.
