ORDER PROCESSING: We endeavour to process your order within one (1) business day.  If there is going to be a delay, then we'll make sure that we let you know as soon as possible. Once processed, we'll send you an email to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: We offer flat rate postage for orders that do not qualify for the Free Shipping promotion and orders are generally shipped within one business day using Australia Post.
